We have handpicked the very best team to create our products. The team manages and quality controls the entire process. We make most of our products in-house, which includes woodworking, finishing, assembly, and final checking etc. Our team is trained in traditional Danish woodworking, a craft passed down from generations.
For skills such as leatherwork, marble and metalwork we support smaller factories which allows us to help other smaller businesses grow and support the local community around us.

Pak Gatot left is our head of production. He is the one that makes sure our products stand up, are safe, and are made to last a lifetime. He has been working in the furniture industry most of his life at large American production houses. He is a wonderful leader, and with such a difficult business to run, he never loses his calm.
Pak Ali managers all of our external suppliers, a funny comedian, if he wasn't working at REDDIE he would definitely be telling jokes. Managing supplier is such a hard job, but he does so with humour and passion that everyone that works with us in the community loves working with us because of Pak Ali.
Pak Nur is an artist (below smiling). He is a genius at woodworking, a craft passed down to him from generations. With music playing in the background of our studio he approaches making each piece like an artwork. When coming up with a new design, we collaborate closely with him come up with interesting details and features.
Quietly confident and hates taking a photo, Abdulla runs our entire internal wood production studio with precision. He had many years of experience running large scale factory houses exporting globally. He also is a genius at numbers, we have never met someone that can calculate the cost price of a product in under 30 seconds. He has such a wealth of knowledge of materials and production details
An unstoppable husband and wife team that LOVE marble. They meticulously select the best pieces and cut and polish our marble to perfection. Recently we were looking for a small batch of rare black marble (picture below). They scoured the globe and imported an entire container from France, so we could pick the very best pieces. FYI Pak Janji also wanted to apologise for not wearing a shirt in this photo, it was very hot!
Pak Nano is difficult. We say that with the utmost affection, as his perfectionism is out of this world. When we approach him with a new design, we find ourselves in a heated debate for over an hour about how the leather is to be integrated. Never settling for ordinary, he wants to make sure that the details used are executed with precision. He brings a level of lost traditional craftsmanship to our leather details.
Just a minute. We are preparing some great options for you!
