Stairs- To be paid cash to delivery driver. 100 HKD per floor per piece.
*Premium Service-Products will be unwrapped, assembled and packing disposed of. Please ensure to check the dimension of your elevator to ensure that the item can fit. Larger items eg 210cm L + we will send out a person to survey your property to check the access, additional charges will apply if the item can not fit in the standard elevator.

Delivery is 6-12 weeks from confirmation of your order for our products to be manufactured and delivered.
We will contact you once the product arrives to schedule a delivery window between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. [If you wish to defer the delivery date we will be happy to make arrangements. Extra charges may apply if you wish to defer delivery by more than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date.]
If our delivery team is unable to enter your premises or if there is nobody to accept the delivery, an additional delivery fee may be charged if it is necessary for us to return later.
If delivery is not possible due to access limitations (lifts, staircases, doorways etc.), you may not cancel your order and no refund will be made.
The delivery cost includes unpacking and assembly of the product. Our delivery team will unpack and assemble the product at your premises, and you (or your representative) must inspect the product at that time and confirm your acceptance. If you do not accept the condition of the products due to damage, you must notify our delivery team immediately. Please refer to “Returns and Refunds” in our Terms and Conditions. Any damage declared after receipt will not be accepted.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom made to your individual specifications, we can not offer a refund or return. How ever if your product is damaged on arrival we will work with you to have the product repaired or replaced.
If a product is damaged upon arrival, you (or your representative) must notify the delivery team immediately and we will work with you to have the product repaired or replaced.
Please check the dimensions of the products you wish to order to ensure they will fit within your space and that there are no access limitations that could cause problems for delivery (eg lifts, staircases, doorways, etc.). No refunds will be allowed if the products cannot be delivered due to their size or lack of access for delivery, and extra delivery charges may apply.
As each of our products are hand-made with love, we can not achieve a machine made 100% flawless appearance. This makes each piece individual and unique as no two pieces will be exactly alike. Please also allow 5-10mm tolerances for all sizes. A product will not be eligible for exchange or refund when containing these qualities.
As each product is individually made by our craftsmen according to your design, we cannot guarantee that every product will look exactly the same as in our catalogue. REDDIE aims to represent the item you design on our website as accurately as possible with a 3D image. However every computer screen is different and color tones on individual computer screens may vary, so we cannot guarantee that the colors of our products will exactly match the colors you see on your screen.
