DELIVERY

We offer FREE DELIVERY to Hong Kong Island elevator buildings, additional charges apply for walk- up apartments, Outlying Islands/South Lantau/Tung Chung and New Territories. Please see the delivery charges in the check out section of our website.
 Delivery is 8-10 weeks from confirmation of your order for our products to be manufactured and delivered. Please check the dimensions of the products you wish to order to ensure they will fit within your space and that there are no access limitations that could cause problems for delivery (eg lifts, staircases, doorways, etc.)
For international shipping please contact us at info@reddie.co for a quote and timeline to ship to your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As our products are custom and hand made in according to your individual design choices specified in your order, no return, exchange or refund is permitted after confirmation unless the product is damaged.

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us and we will work with you to have the product repaired or replaced.Once a product is accepted by you or your representative, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable.

.REDDIE aims to represent the item you design on our website as accurately as possible with a 3D image. However every computer screen is different and color tones on individual computer screens may vary, so we cannot guarantee that the colors of our products will exactly match the colors you see on your screen.  Please see the MATERIALS  section of our website to see more information about the colouring of our materials.
